These terms cover your use of DCT, the desktop customisation app for Windows, made by ("we"). By installing or using DCT you agree to them.
The app
DCT is available for free. Some features ("DCT Pro") need a licence that you buy once. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DCT. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies, or get around the Pro licence check.
Buying Pro
Purchases are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to the payment itself. A Pro licence is a one-time purchase, has no expiry, and can be active on up to 3 PCs at once. You can move it by deactivating it on a PC you no longer use.
Updates
We may update DCT to fix problems or add features. Pro features added later are included in your licence unless we clearly say otherwise before you buy.
Refunds

No warranty
DCT is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or work with every Windows setup. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
